Trans4mind Training offers a wide range of interactive video workshops, covering each of the major life challenges we encounter in our lives. 'Overcome Fear & Anxiety' is the seventh workshop in the Healing Yourself Module of 9 workshops.
This workshop will help you face challenging situations with peace and equanimity, no longer worried what might happen nor anxious without good reason. By learning not to react in fearful ways you release love in your heart and happiness becomes your constant companion.
