Presence
Commentary by Peter Shepherd

“Life can be found only in the present moment. If we are not truly ourselves, fully in the present moment, we miss everything.” ~ Thich Nhat Hanh
The mastery of time is mindfulness, becoming aware, living fully in the present moment. Don't waste your time looking back on what you've lost. Time passes, that's life.
