As our memories collect, and we learn from those experiences, we have the opportunity to grow wiser as well as to develop our sense of humor - to become more and more uniquely ourselves. As Eleanor Roosevelt put it, "Beautiful young people are accidents of nature, but beautiful old people are works of art."
We retain the same consciousness in ourselves throughout our life - the same child inside, the same wise elder. We're timeless but it's always a surprise as the body changes!
It's best to live pointed forward, focused on our vision, enacted in the present. Regrets and fears belong in the past. As Yoko Ono said, "Some people are old at 18 and some are young at 90."
Creating is a timeless process because what we envision is viewed and created in the present.
It's never too late... to create your masterpiece, to join in love, to invent the unimagined, to explore and discover, to express your true self.
