We create our internal experience of reality by choosing our thoughts, feelings, and beliefs. Each moment is a new opportunity to think differently, regardless of all the moments that came before it. H.G. Wells: "We must not allow the clock and the calendar to blind us to the fact that each moment of life is a miracle and a mystery."
Sometimes, though, in-between achievements, getting off the bike is a good idea, to look at things with a more objective, less involved perspective. To reflect, learn lessons and plan. Left brain and right brain need to be in balance. Being 'in the flow' is not the whole of life.
Harmony in place of conflict is achieved by being true to your inner self, the loving part of you. As Melody Beattie said, "Live your life from your heart. Share from your heart. And your story will touch and heal people's souls."
As Jim Rohn says, "For things to change, YOU must change!" Life reflects the way you are; if you want a better life, make more of your potential.
