Self-doubt is the anchor that keeps our ship from sailing. Everybody feels self-doubt from time to time; we judge we're not capable enough to achieve our goals, to make our dreams come true. Courage is about overcoming our fears, not pretending we don't have them. That is achieved by wanting an outcome so much that the fears and doubts are irrelevant. We just do it, we set sail.
As Maya Angelou said, "You can't use up creativity. The more you use, the more you have." Creating is the true essence of life.
Tina Turner said, "Sometimes you've got to let everything go - purge yourself. If you are unhappy with anything - whatever is bringing you down - get rid of it. Because you'll find that when you're free, your true creativity, your true self comes out."
