"I have annoying physical symptoms that started after my first relationship ended"
Ayal: You have a wonderful website. Thank you for sharing your gifts with the world
My question has to do with some physical symptoms I've been experiencing for about 10 years. I'm dizzy on the right side of my brain (sounds strange, I know), with tightness and a feeling of "blocking" in my right jaw. The dizziness gives me very little relief: it's a feeling of constant movement that can be extremely distracting and intensely irritating. I also have a deep-down and unscratchable itch that manifests in different parts of my body, particularly my legs, arms and shoulders. Again, a very distracting, annoying symptom
The symptoms started when I was 24 with what I now think of as a breakdown after my first ever relationship ended. I have gone on to have other relationships and currently have a lovely boyfriend. I have done a lot of therapy over the years and have come to understand my anxiety and fears very well, but the frustrating thing is that I still have my symptoms
Work is a major issue for me and I've had a hard time finding my "right path". I am also trying to work on my creative output by writing more, and I just started seeing a polarity therapist (have been for 2 sessions so far) who is helping me to understand the symptoms in a different way - to listen to them and see them as guides, rather than seek medication or immediate relief from them
I've been trying so hard to get over these symptoms and I'd love to know if you can help me further. Thanks in advance for your time and attention
Hi - here's what showed up for you about the dizziness: first, there is a blockage, I think, in your neck. I'd go to a good chiropractor and get this checked out. Also, I'd check out your thyroid. The thyroid releases a hormone called thyroxin which controls the metabolism of the body. It controls blood sugar levels and stimulates the adrenal medulla to release epinephrine. Epinephrine leads to Glycogenolysis, the conversion of glycogen into glucose in the body tissues. This leads to the increase of glucose in the body systems. This area seems to need some balance
Also, eat a lot of organic romaine lettuce. And definitely take folic acid and taurine as supplements
We hold anger and stress in our jaws. Work on releasing that, and your jaw ought to relax. Your chiropractor can work on this as well
It would be good for you to work with the 8th chakra, which is found just above the head. Send light and healing there. I'd do this twice a day for 3 months. Also, say this: " I sponsor myself to the Creator, the Cosmic All, the Masters, and the Creator Entity to have God's clearing energies to remove all adversities to the planes. Thank you. "
As for your path and creative work, spend time in meditation asking: "What is my need here?" And then, when you find out what you need, take steps to initiate the action needed to get those needs met. A good formula to follow to clarify this is:
