"I suspect some sort of nutritional imbalance because I don't feel as good as I should"
Ayal, while searching for info on a fingernail problem I have (vertical ridges), I came across a post where you mention Dr. John Wilson's diagnosis of the problem (at least in your case) as being EFA deficient. This is interesting to me as most everything I've read thus far points to lack of either iron or zinc. Could you tell me a little more? Description of nails at the time, what supplement(s) did you take and how effective were they and how long to begin seeing improvements? I would greatly appreciate any info you may be able to provide. I seriously suspect some sort of nutritional imbalance because I simply don't feel as good as I should, seeing as how I eat a relatively wholesome diet (no refined sugar, flour, cola's or junk food.)
Well, in asking for you specifically, I got that you need to eat a lot more carrots, oranges, cantaloupe, tomatoes, and green beans. For supplements, I got that you need pantothenic acid, essential oils formula, magnesium, inositol hexanicotinate, folic acid,, carnitine, and boswella. You can look these up to see what they are for, or check in with a doctor about taking these supplements. The best thing to do, of course, is to go in for an analysis of what you need. But this is what I got for you.
