Curing Exam Nerves

There is nothing on earth worse than exam nerves. For those who suffer from them, it can be downright debilitating. That crippling muddle of fear, confusion, and self-doubt that can make turn the easiest questions into mind-bending exercises of memory and thought. These crushing anxieties seem like they will turn your brain inside out right when you need it to stay clear and focused on the task at hand. Fortunately, there are cures for exam nerves.
