The most famous fish market in Dubai is situated in Deira. There is always crowded and very noisy. Maybe the place is not even the most popular tourist attraction in the area, but worth visiting to see the many species of fish that are sold here. The best times of day to come, are either early morning or late evening.

If Dubai has a reputation in the world, then surely is for the outrageous gold markets. The most interesting is in the heart of Deira, the commercial district of Dhagaya. It will take more than a day to explore it, because here there are no less than 300 gold shops, most of which are specialized in making and selling gold jewelry.

Perfume markets are the tangible proof that the Arab world has a special connection with the exotic and mysterious. Also in Deira you will find the best and known perfume bazaar, on Sikkat Al Khail Street. Perhaps, as some voices say, you will not find the finest branded perfumes; instead their flavor will remain long behind you, if you choose to use them.

Known as the oldest bazaar, the Spice Bazaar is a place where your senses will be touched by so many flavors and scents that you will barely be able to distinguish. The bazaar covers several streets and is extremely noisy, due to vendors who lure buyers, loudly promoting their merchandise.

Go to Mall of the Emirates, considered one of the largest shopping malls in the world. Here, all ski enthusiasts will appreciate the specially designed center for this sport, located inside the mall. You do not have to come with your equipment, not even with a jacket; you can rent it directly from there.

To include malls in Dubai’s tourist attractions list may seem strange, until you see them! Then, you will understand what it means to visit a mall in the Emirates.

Palm Islands are some beautiful artificial islands, beyond the coastline of Dubai. 20 years ago, when Dubai began to reorganize the coast, creating the Palm Islands was just a part of the plan, as further artificial archipelago are still building built.
