Becoming Spiritually Fit
By Natasha J. Rosewood
Would you like to be able to manifest all that you need and want in your life? Well, you can. Let me tell you a story...
Five years ago, I was very ill with a thyroid problem. Totally drained of energy, I felt that it would be at least two months before I was able to work again. Self-employed, I was income-less. That Wednesday afternoon, I had a little "chat" with my spirit guides. Out loud I declared, "I am unable to take care of myself so I need to have $4,000 or more by Friday at 4.00 p.m. So dear Universe, you have to take care of me now." As I lay down on my couch to watch movies, I reaffirmed my request with a silent thank you.
The next day, I meandered down to my mailbox. In amongst more bills was a white envelope containing a cheque for $4,123! The solicitor's letter explained that it was from my mother's estate but when I had completed her papers one month prior, there were only miniscule funds left in her bank accounts. Before the cheque evaporated, I said thank you and rushed to the bank.
The best way to predict your future is to manifest what you want. And to create your own future, to have more, do more, and be more requires understanding how physics interacts with psychology and spirituality. Magnetizing things to you is just one aspect of fully utilizing your inherently creative mind, or as I call it, Spiritual Fitness. My program will also give you the tools to:
- trust yourself and the actions you take
- listen to your intuitive voice, not the one in your head
- love and honor yourself
- connect with others more deeply
- resolve inner and outer conflicts easily
- make your highest intentions your reality
- step fully into your power
- lead with your heart
As a creative being you are already a masterpiece in the process of becoming. But how long is it going to take you to get there? Spiritual Fitness will give you shortcuts, a more dynamic approach to living your life on your terms and shining your brightest light on the world.
To be emotionally, physically, spiritually and mentally perfect is impossible if perfection implies having arrived. Because we are all comprised of energy which comes from the Greek meaning "in motion," we actually never arrive anywhere in our growth. We might slow down or plateau for a while, but energy has to move, creatively or destructively. Where we steer that energy depends on our perceived range of possibilities and our intent. Too often, our fears get in the way and block our highest potential.
As a Psychic/Intuitive Coach practicing for over thirty years, I am passionate about Spiritual Fitness because I believe that we no longer have to go to the dark side of pain in order to learn our life lessons. If we acknowledge and learn how to fully utilize our inherently amazing minds, we can create a wonderful present and future, not just for ourselves, but for the planet. Amen/Awomen!
If you are interested in exploring not just your physical peak but also your higher mental, emotional and spiritual performances, then Spiritual Fitness is a fun place to start. Do you want to play?
