A good leader always understands the fact that every office bears different personalities and that there is not the same solution for the problem of any employee.
  4. Listen to learn
    A good leader does not consider himself as if he knows everything. He has a realisation that any person he meets has the potential to teach him something new and interesting. Every person who comes across knows something remarkable that you might not know. This approach or mindset allows him to listen attentively to that person. A leader has this wonderful understanding that there is so much to learn simply by listening to others carefully.
  5. Listen without interruption
    A Leader understands the importance of attentive listening. Trying not to interrupt a person who is talking is also ethical as well; such an act allow the person to be concentrated about his words. Permitting the pace and space to dialogue makes others feel that the person listening to him is interested and concerned about what he is talking. Constantly interrupting, playing with things (such as pen, paper etc.), looking at your phone or holding it in your hand looks like either you are not paying attention, or you are not interested in the conversation as well as it is ethically incorrect.
  6. Cordial listening
    When a leader show gestures that depict warmness and consideration, while an employee is talking to him makes them admire his personality. When a leader cares about his employees, they tend to work hard and aim to succeed in his expectations.
