4. An aromatherapy massage

5. Deep tissue massage

The deep tissue massage incorporates a lot more pressure than the above types of massages. It is ideal if you experience chronic muscle problems, such as injury, imbalance, or soreness. It is suitable for relieving tight muscles, anxiety, and even chronic muscle pain.

With this massage, the massage therapist will incorporate deep finger pressure and relaxing strokes. It gets done to reduce tension for the innermost layers of your connective tissues and muscles. This massage type is more intense, but you should not experience any soreness or pain.

The deep tissue massage will last between an hour and ninety minutes.
