1. Maintaining a Routine

Strive to maintain an aspect of the pre-quarantine-days framework. At that time getting something unique would make you look forward to every new day.

5. Engaging in at-home Workouts

Although community centers and gyms close, remaining as healthy as possible is always vital throughout this period. Check with the doctor though if you intend to increase the physical activity dramatically. Here are several choices you may want to explore including engaging in at-home exercises to prevent communication with others and taking as a stroll in the community (safe social space from those on the sidewalks).
