A healthy work environment is a dynamic, robust, prosperous, flexible work environment that helps employees adapt to changing environments. A healthy work environment is necessary. To attract quality employees and produce desired results, as well as active, healthy people who contribute to the world. A healthy work environment not only creates an ideal work environment, but also provides the infrastructure to positively influence the effectiveness of the work itself.
Work-life balance is an important aspect of a healthy work environment. Maintaining a work-life balance can help reduce stress and prevent burnout at work. Chronic stress is one of the most common health problems at work. It can cause physical effects such as high blood pressure, digestive diseases, chronic pain, and heart disease. Chronic stress is also associated with an increased risk of depression, anxiety and insomnia, which can also affect mental health. Over time, excessive stress can cause burns out at work. There is a risk of burnout for employees working too much. Burnout can lead to fatigue, mood swings, irritability and loss of ability to work.
According to the Harvard Business Review, this is bad news for employers as the psychological and physical problems of burned out workers in the United States cost about $120 billion to $190 billion annually due to related medical expenses. Healthy work environment is especially important in certain fields, such as education and healthcare, where people need to be present caregivers in order to function well.

Competitive rewards are important for recognizing employees’ contributions and achievements. Satisfied people need to be in place to create a good economic environment.
