Children have small bladders as compared to adults. They need to pass the urine more times than us because of their immature control of muscles that are responsible to open and close the bladder. Kids drink more fluids as compared to their bladder size, and they need to go to the toilet more.

Parents get worried when they notice their kid’s urination process, but let me tell you that a healthy diet can prevent your kids from bladder infections. Yes, it is a fact that drinking liquids can prevent your children from such infections. But you need to make sure how much your kids need to relieve bladder infections. Keep Kids Hydrated

Parents say that their kids often do not empty the bladder completely. They always want to go outside or in a hurry. Holding urine for a long time can lead to tightening the bladder muscles.
