This practice has a whole range of benefits that you should be aware of, and the best part is that you only need to commit around 15-20 mins per day. You don’t even need to seek out professional resources to successfully meditate, for you can do it in the comfort of your home on your own time. So, just what are these benefits? Let’s find out.

You are probably aware that our lives are busier and more stressful than they have ever been in 2020. With millions of people living a rat-race style life, rushing between work, bringing up kids, socializing, and other stress inducing activities, it’s normal to feel a bit stressed out. Here’s where meditation can really help out, instead of trying to reduce stress by unhealthy activities such as betting money on sports online, video games, alcohol and drugs, for just 20 minutes per day can greatly help to reduce stress levels. This is because meditation is directly linked to a reduction in cortisol levels, which is the primary hormone that causes stress. 

Naturally, a reduction in cortisol levels can also have a direct impact on reducing feelings of anxiety and even depression. To make things even better, this can help to reduce and even eliminate stress-related problems like IBS and even PTSD. So, with so many benefits related to stress, why not give it a try?

With a deadly virus on the loose in the form of COVID-19, it’s no surprise that people have started to really think about their immune systems. Obviously this will be critical and contribute heavily to a healthy mind, and if you can do this on a daily basis, the benefits could be enormous.
