The Benefits of Sunlight For Hair

Like with your skin, sunlight helps you produce more Vitamin D, which is helpful for your skin. This can help prevent and slow hair loss. It also promotes the growth of more hair follicles. Exposure to sunlight can also help your hair look shinier and more lustrous.

It's also important to remember that no matter how much hair you have, your scalp will also be exposed to some sunlight. As with the rest of your skin, sunlight helps slow down the spread of skin cells that cause acne growth.

This is how sunlight is suitable for your hair, and you should stand out in the sun every once in a while. But there are some drawbacks too.

Negative Effects of Sunlight On Hair
