Whole and refined grains like barley, brown rice, quinoa, and wheat, etc. Protein groups contain eggs, beef, chicken, fish and for vegetarians peas, beans and legumes are great protein resources. Dairy is as necessary as any other diet group. Low-fat milk, yogurt, curd, homemade cheese, etc. are healthy options for diet.

Importance of a Balanced Diet:

When a person eats right, it's natural that he will also feel right. As they say, a happy tummy is a happy life. What we put in our body will automatically show its effects on our health. Eating a balanced diet indicates being more energetic, enhancing your fitness, and increasing your capacity, and boosting stamina. Good diet, physical workout, and healthy body weight are important fractions of a human being’s general fitness and wellness.

The importance of healthy food in one's life is massive and one can not force this enough.
