Watermelon Energiser

This energy drink is loaded with natural sugars and is rich in vitamin A and C. It works as a perfect electrolyte balancer. Have it 5 to 10 minutes before workout. To make this drink, you need 1 cup watermelon, 1 tbsp lime juice, 1 cup coconut water and a pinch of pink himalayn salt.

Put the watermelon into a blender, strain the seeds and blend well. Add lime juice, coconut water, and pink himalayan salt. Stir well and drink up.

Pomegranate Power Punch

Pomegranate juice is known for enhancing exercise performance and quick recovery after exercise. Consume it 30 minutes before you go to the gym to stay agile and active. To make this you drink you need 2 tbsp passionfruit pulp, ½ cup pomegranate.

Blend the passionfruit pulp and pomegranate in a blender, pour the mixture into a glass and add honey and mix well.
