Developing a healthy lifestyle is not something that happens overnight. If you want to improve the quality of your life, you can start by taking small steps. It is hard to quit eating unhealthy food, begin going to the gym, pick up a new hobby, and change your sleep routine all in one day. Also, try not to use electronic gadgets before going to bed since they can prevent you from sleeping well. You can pick up healthy habits instead: reading a book or writing down your thoughts in a journal.
Another simple recommendation is to walk more. You can commute to work on foot instead of using public transport or car. Also, be sure to go on a short walk at least once a day and try to spend more time out in the fresh air on the weekends.
