Chia seeds contain a lot of nutrients and very less calories creating the perfect balance that you need every day. If you like your tea sweetened, you could add one teaspoon of honey and you’ll be good to go.

2. Coconut water

This is for all the fit bits to love sticking to natural but are also short on time to make anything every morning or whenever needed. Coconut water, in its purest form, is the most natural drink that you can take to gain energy and be productive throughout your day.

It contains very limited natural sugar which is the perfect amount to not make you lazy, the way you might feel after consuming some other highly sweetened drink.

3. Kratom tea

This is one of the most recommended form of teas. Kratom, which is a herb, not only proves to improve your energy levels but also keeps you active and alert so that you can focus better on what you’re doing and also helps you to understand better. All you need to do is buy Kratom, add it in the boiling water and sip it up. Kratom tea can be taken at any time of the day you like, be it at the start or the end.
