Having a high energy rate is a part of feeling healthy. The thing is that you can be as healthy as ever and still feel tired when you wake up in the morning, tired during your workout, and tired hours before you go to bed. Having high amounts of energy is more than just eating healthy--you have to regulate the way that you live. This might mean that you need to change things that you thought were healthy but are depleting your energy rate. 1. Get Enough Sleep
One of the most important things that you can do for your energy rate is to sleep (even though that may seem counterproductive. When you sleep, your mind works through the issues that have come up in the past week. Sleeping is important for a variety of reasons.
Mentally, your subconscious will dream and think through problems. You might wake up after a good night’s rest and suddenly have the answer to a question that you’ve had for weeks. Your brain doesn’t rest in the same way that you might think it does. While sleeping, your mind does the most important thing it can do: it thinks.
Physically, your body rests to replenish its energy. Over the course of the day, your muscles work, strain, and stretch. Sleep allows your muscles to recover and repair.
