    Drinking two to three cups of caffeine coffee is found to decrease the risk of common skin cancers, especially in women. As concluded, about 18 to 20 percent of the decrease in risk is found after comparing coffee drinkers and non-caffeine consumers.
  • Dark and Light Roasts Have Equal Caffeine
