Combat Stress - Without Breaking the Bank

No matter who you are or what you do, chances are you feel stressed out from time to time. From studying late hours as students, to putting in overtime at work, stress seems to be a requirement of life. Yet because it is such a common experience, many people dismiss it as a serious health issue. After all, it feels just like a part of everyday life.

However, stress can have major implications on your health, mood, and finances. While it may be unavoidable to some degree, it does not have to rule your life. To live a happier, healthier life, it only takes a few simple activities to combat and release your daily stresses. Better yet, it costs nothing to de-stress. Spend a few minutes laughing, call a friend, or do some yoga. You’re bound to feel better when you take time to care for yourself and your mind.
