Even if you work while you are isolated at home, it is a matter of organization to find time for a few exercises to improve your physical activity.
In addition to the movement you have walking from room to room or cleaning, you need much more to drain your energy and feel more toned.
You can train early in the morning, at noon or in the evening. It is important not to do this after eating, because it will be harder for you and you will not achieve much.
