Checking Out American Breakfast Trends
Ever have a craving for breakfast? The good news is, you’re not alone. Oddly enough, the global pandemic freed many of us a key dimension of what we had been missing - the amount of time to cook, serve, and eat a proper breakfast instead of racing off to our daily commute. 56% of Americans and 86% of parents are too busy to make breakfast in the morning due to the demands of the work week.
Can anything be done to reverse the trend? Yes - 'heat and eat' breakfasts may be just the thing to tide us over until lunch time and help us get to work on time. Making breakfast a conscious habit may lead to improvement of health, lower the risk of diabetes and cholesterol, give you better focus, increase learning, and help you make better food choices throughout the day.
