Who and What Do You Resonate With?

"Is your forehead tight? And does your head hurt on the right side?" I asked the woman on the phone who was sitting in a comfortable chair in her home in Australia.

There was a long pause before she responded, "Yes, how did you know that? You are in Philadelphia and can't see me."

"Do you know how one tuning fork tunes into another tuning fork," I asked?

"Yes," she answered hesitantly.

"I can feel you and sense you using the same law of resonance," I explained to her.

The law of resonance is an important principle to pay attention to, respect, and use for your effectiveness and empowerment in everyday life. When people say "Like attracts like," they are talking about this law. When people empathize with each other, they are literally tuning into each other.

If you want to develop yourself or help someone else, you can learn how to use your body just like a tuning fork to pick up valuable information, facts and energy blocks. You can literally tune into another person or yourself and get the information you need to let go, use your intuition and shift out of unhealthy vibrations.
