You might start to panic when you realize that you have to do a lot of things, and there's not enough time. You even worry that you won't meet the deadline, and your work could be on the line. Before you panic, you have to find ways to stay calm and get things done. These tips will help you. 

Be organized 

Take one task at a time. You feel overwhelmed because you have everything on your mind. Write the tasks in your notebook and provide details. You can also list the people you want to speak with if the tasks require collaboration. When you gradually finish the tasks, you will feel better. Even if you only accomplish some of them, you won’t be so stressed anymore. 

Seek help

You don't need to go through everything alone. You can talk to someone who will make things easier for you. For instance, if you need to hire more employees to work for the company, you can work with a recruiter. You don’t have to deal with the entire hiring process alone. Listen to relaxing music

Besides, if you have a lot on your plate, it's a positive sign. It means that you're productive. If you're an employee, it shows that you contribute a lot to the business's success. If you run a company, being busy means that the business is doing well.
