Juice Recipes for Healing

These are the nutritional raw ingredients...

  • Apples: remove toxins from the intenstines; stimulate peristalsis and bowels; flush kidneys; natural acids for digestion.
  • Apricots: potassium and magnesium for energy and stamina; iron for blood building; silicon for hair and skin. High in beta carotene = anti cancer.
  • Bananas: potassium
  • Bell pepper: silicon
  • Celery: potassium, sodium
  • Cherries: iron, magnesium, potassium, silicon, vitamin A
  • Citrus: vitamins C and A
  • Cucumbers: silicon
  • Dandelion greens: magnesium
  • Gingeroot: zinc
  • Kale: silenium, calcium
  • Parsley: calcium
  • Strawberries: ellagic acid: anti-cancer

RECIPES

For Skin:

6 carrots
1/2 green bell pepper
handful kale
1/2 handful turnip green

4 carrots
6 oz canteloupe (1/8th)

8 strawberries
4 oz green or purple grapes

5 carrots
1 apple

1/2 inch knob ginger root
6 carrots
1/2 green bell pepper

4 apricots
1 bunch red or green grapes
1 pear

watercress (for acne - mineral needed is silicon)

watercress + 3 times a non-green juice for excema

carrot juice for sunburn

For aches and pains:

pineapple juice
dark leafy greens
comfrey tea

Aching bones and teeth:

calcium drinks, anything with:
broccoli, kale, greens, tangerines

Bleeding gums, gum disease:

citrus, high magnesium(cherries)

Tooth decay:

grape cherry drink

greens
dandelion greens
parsley

carrots

Bruises:

citrus, especially orange juice

Canker sores/fever blisters:

cranberries (quinic acid)

Constipation:

For Headaches:

For night blindness:

For clear eyes:

For anxiety:

any apple celery drink (ratio: 4 apples/2 celery)

For impotence:

For calm:
