This last weekend, the team that is preparing Trans4mind Training met together in Ireland. The venue was Tinakilly Hotel, Rathnew, County Wicklow, pictured above. We were blown away by the charm of the building and the staff who work there, the rooms were glorious and full of old-world beauty, and the meals excellent.
Goethe’s statement was the foundation for the weekend:
"Until one is committed, there is hesitancy, the chance to draw back... Concerning all acts of initiative (and creation), there is one elementary truth that ignorance of which kills countless ideas and splendid plans: that the moment one definitely commits oneself, then Providence moves too. All sorts of things occur to help one that would never otherwise have occurred. A whole stream of events issues from the decision, raising in one's favor all manner of unforeseen incidents and meetings and material assistance, which no man could have dreamed would have come his way. Whatever you can do, or dream you can do, begin it. Boldness has genius, power, and magic in it. Begin it now.”
In short, the moment you get your motivation truly heart-centered, all kinds of things start to come together.
So this was an opportunity for all of us in the Trans4mind team to take a big-picture look at our true life’s purpose and what we really want for ourselves and how we might best serve that purpose through Trans4mind. What we can achieve is boundless and real.
Saturday's agenda included a talk by Peter about the History of Trans4mind, with explanations and illustrations of some of the older, successful, time-tested features and services on Trans4mind. Plus a full run through of the new Training and Coaching websites.
This was followed by a group discussion - each of us sharing our lives and our personal history and what has brought us to Trans4mind, what the priorities are for our lives and how each of us see ourselves going forward from here.
Sunday included training in the kind of creative action that was used to create the Trans4mind, Training and Coaching sites, using these as the source of examples that illustrate our approach. The presentation included references to Tesla and Apple to see how, to the trained eye, this type of creative action yields similar powerful outcomes at Trans4mind in terms of product development and marketing.
iPhone compared to the Blackberry...
After the iPhone was launched in 2007, the old school “pager” morphed into an all-in-one hand-held computer and communications device for consumers and business alike. With its touch interface that can do anything that app developers can think up, the iPhone offered a whole new world: simple and intuitive. A revolution in design that was copied by Google as soon as they could, and the top smartphone companies of that time - that tried to keep their old ways - are now largely out of the picture.
“It takes a lot of hard work,” Steve Jobs said, “to make something simple, to truly understand the underlying challenges and come up with elegant solutions.” As the headline of Apple’s first marketing brochure proclaimed in 1977, “Simplicity is the ultimate sophistication.”
Revolutionary design is based on functional breakthroughs - as Steve Jobs said, “Design is not just what it looks like and feels like. Design is how it works.”
Tesla car compared to a Jaguar...
The Tesla is empty under the hood and its trunk too. In a head-on crash the driver is protected by the front of the car, rather than crushed by it. Instead the electric motor is powered by a battery that is installed below the car, the weight distribution improving handing and adding further structural support. No noise, no fumes... the future.
We feel our new online, interactive video workshops represent an equivalent breakthrough in the field of personal development.
So what’s revolutionary about Trans4mind’s personal development product, Trans4mind Training? Here are three main features out of many we could mention...
Rather than telling you what to think, the video workshops and accompanying coaching encourage you to learn from yourself and your own life. Making the human heart visible.
This will truly help to facilitate the "revolution from the inside out" that our world so clearly needs.
The weekend was a heart-warming success and left the team eager to make final preparations for the launch in July.
To end off, Wallace read some of the responses we have received from life coaches who are getting involved in Trans4mind Training. One in particular said...
“I’m a deep believer in being open to opportunities that the universe puts in your path. The opportunity to work with Trans4mind came about at a time when I was looking to make a leap of faith and to commit to being a full time coach. I spent the majority of the last year battling cancer and just 2 weeks ago was told that I was cancer free! It was an experience that shook me to the core and was terrifying, but it was also an incredible opportunity to get crystal clear about what matters most to me in this life. I’ve found that living a heart-centered life and supporting others to do the same is my deepest passion. Life is entirely too short and unpredictable to be stuck in the past or stressed about the future. Living in the present, in full alignment with our deepest values and our hearts, is the way to transform ourselves and the world. I’d really love to do that with an organization that shares that vision and I believe Trans4mind is that organization.”
We were all moved and some of us in tears. Indeed: tears are liquid love. In the years ahead we'll be having many tears… not tears of pain but tears of joy.
