On the home page we have declared our intent and purpose for the Trans4mind web site, and now we invite participation from suitable people, who share our vision and who wish to contribute to our aims: to further develop and expand the Trans4mind services world-wide and in many languages.

1. Franchises World-Wide
   We wish to provide the Trans4mind resources and services in all the main languages and regions world-wide; for this task we are looking for people to take up the Trans4mind Franchise in their country. We would like to see Trans4mind being offered in Arabic, Russian, Spanish, Chinese and further languages. For this to be possible we need the participation of bilingual enthusiasts of our work, who desire to organize the translation of some of the materials and present them as a Trans4mind website in their native language, for the benefit of the people living in their country. The Franchisee would have the opportunity to manage and be responsible for the ongoing development and support of the new Trans4mind site in his or her language. With the support of the Franchisor behind them, the Franchisee should fairly quickly have an income generating website up and running. Once established, the Trans4mind Franchise empowers the Franchisee to go forward from this foundation and build the world's number one personal development website in their native language. 2. Suggestions
   We welcome suggestions and feedback from users of the website... How could we improve the services? What successes have you achieved using the services? (This can encourage others to do likewise.) And do you have specific suggestions for videos, audios, ebooks and other resources that are freely available and that will be helpful additions to the resources? 3. Advisors
   We are working toward an extention of the Heart to Heart Coaching Service. We are seeking Advisors to supply additional coaching materials for particular life challenges in which the Advisor is a specialist. You are invited to offer your materials without charge, because through this public service approach we will be able to expand the current Heart to Heart Coaching Service into an even better online practical coaching tool, which will be free at the point of use for people who are facing life challenges. Advisors will be able to link from the online resources they provide so that people who value their materials can contact them directly and, if they wish, use the services on the Advisor's own website. 4. Further resources
   It may be that you would like to contribute a course, information resource or service to the resources that Trans4mind as a whole offers freely. It would be available for all visitors to access online and would need both to match the principles and ethos of Trans4mind and fill a significant gap that exists. For example, there is no life coach training as such on the site at the moment, and you may wish to provide this as a free resource. The same applies to executive coaching and career coaching. Of course there are are many other possibilities, such as parenting, education, small business skills, retirement planning, support for traumatic upset and illness, old age and disability. This stands apart from the need we have described above for Advisors to contribute appropriate resources that support the Heart to Heart Coaching Service, based on an established range of life challenges.
